Setting Up Capture One For Unsupported Cameras
Using your camera’s capture software, you would simply create a “target” folder (I would suggest somewhere in the pictures area of your computer, but it can be wherever you want), and then you simply choose that folder through Capture One as your "capture folder". Then things work quite well!

Please note that the chart indicates whether the software supports tethering and whether it supports raw file editing for each brand.
You would want to give it a test before you buy the course (you can get a Capture One trial for 30 days), but… you may be able to tether to Lightroom, it's just that the “levers and knobs” are in different places, etc.
