Light Painting Graduated Highlight Technique

In Light Painting, we normally try to keep the distance (between light and subject) consistent in order to keep the brightness consistent.

That doesn't mean we always use the same distance between the light on the subject, as that depends on other factors such as the size of the object.

That said, sometimes I use the opposite approach to create a gradient in the capture. Here I'll demonstrate how using a reverse arc can create a more natural gradient in the reflection.
